from Query & Company · host 93.5 & 107.5 The Fan

(00:00-25:51) – Query & Company opens on a Hump Day Wednesday with Jake Query highlighting some things that stood out from Chris Ballard’s conversation on the Fan Morning Show. Plus, he expresses his frustrations with IU basketball after a brutal loss to Northwestern last night. (25:51-43:04) – Jeff Rabjohns from Peegs.com makes an appearance on Query & Company to discuss where IU basketball is currently at after last night’s loss to Northwestern, explains what Ryan Carr’s role will be with the Indiana Hoosiers, believes that the hiring of Carr is going to help IU get back to forward thinking for the first time in a decade, and assesses if the success of the football program could change how much money the basketball program receives for their NIL budget with the lack of success despite the resources available. (43:04-51:47) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake and Eddie providing an update on the NBA standings after another Pacers loss last night and Jake giving a shoutout to Miami Ohio for maintaining their undefeated season last night.   (51:47-1:20:05) – The IndyStar’s Joel Erickson joins Query & Company from the convention center to discuss what he took away from Shane Steichen and Chris Ballard’s media availability. Joel debates with Jake on who the Colts should use the franchise tag on if they can’t reach a deal before Tuesday’s deadline, gives his thoughts on the future of Nick Cross with the Colts, and highlights some other things that he’s learned from around the league in the last 24 hours. (1:20:05-1:27:43) – Last night the Indiana Hoosiers lost to the Northwestern Wildcats for the sixth consecutive game. Lamar Wilkerson was very frustrated postgame and Jake thinks his frustration is something to discuss. (1:27:43-1:35:00) – Hour number two of Query & Company concludes Jake running the Lamar Wilkerson comments through the company elixir. Plus, he mentions the ongoing saga between the Pacers and NBA.   (1:35:00-1:57:02) – The final hour of Query & Company tips off with Jake and producer Eddie Garrison diving more into the statement given by the NBA yesterday in response to what Rick Carlisle said on the Fan Morning Show about violating the Player Participation Policy. The statement raises more red flags in their eyes than anything else. (1:57:02-2:14:25) – Chris Ballard made an interesting comment on evaluating the Colts leadership at the player level in the locker room this morning on the Fan Morning Show. Jake reacts to that and deciphers whether he was hinting at Nick Cross not being back with the Colts.    (2:17:48-2:21:29) – Today’s show closes out with JMV joining Jake Query to preview his show!Support the show: https://1075thefan.com/query-and-company/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
