NT Recycling Solutions (NTRS), Northern Territory's largest and locally owned recycling company has recently commissioned Australia's most sophisticated new recyclables sorting and separation facility. Designed to process all of Darwins commingled kerbside collected recyclables into valued products for on sale into local and global recycling markets this new investment provides a significant opportunity for all Territorians to increase thier recycling efforts and landfill diversion. Rick Ralph talks with Dean Caton - General Manager at NTRS about the new facility,its challenges and the opportunities this now presents in operating a recycling business in the country's most remote capital city in Darwin.
