In Episode 17, I sit down with Ashlee Davidson, Vice President of Communications at Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control division. Ashlee shares her incredible journey of nearly 20 years in aerospace defense and how she redefined executive presence as a Black woman in corporate America.
