Reflection on living with Ambiguous loss on Mother's Day

So, Mother’s Day falls in march in the UK. Sadly, I have experienced an Ambiguous Loss of a mother. We have an estranged relationship. I haven’t gotten to a point I feel able to talk about this overly publicly. But I am aware of many people including myself that have Estranged relationship with one of their parents, and this has a massive impact on them. This pod will be going up after mother day as I didn’t want it to be trigger for anyone. But firstly, I wanted to say this no way I am comparing this to actually loss of a parent to death.
