She was an important witness in the investigation of the assassination of President Kennedy. She be friended Marina Oswald in 1963. She met Lee and Marina at a dinner party. Ten months later, Lee Harvey Oswald took his rifle from Ruth’s garage, where unknown to her, he had stored it.
