UNO Souls Chat: I am honored today to be chatting with Deborah Addo— she is the President of Inova Loudoun Hospital.Deborah is an inspiring leader in our community and always guides her heroic healthcare teams with kindness and compassion – but has especially done so through the challenging year of the pandemic. She is definitely an UNO Soul! Words of Wisdom:  “I would just say… during this time of reflection… my mom passed around this time in January.. It is always a reminder for me of those people in our lives who’ve meant so much to us. And those people in our lives that have made indelible impressions.  And as we’re going through the hardest times that we may ever go through, it’s being able to see and experience the joy of that....Even though you might miss the person, that impact and that impression never goes away. And it’s interesting how acute it is when you need it the most.”I am grateful for you Deborah.
