Ruth Series | Week 3As we move further in the story, we continue to see the character of God and His faithfulness displayed. The story continues to use this small struggling family as the backdrop for the way in which God works in the lives of those who love Him. This third chapter has remnants and takes us back to the moment in the garden when Adam sees Eve; there are clues pointing towards the final redemption in Christ. The key to this chapter is seeing how burdens (for example what Boaz gives Ruth) is a blessing. God is always leading His people into greater blessing (Psalm 119:1) in what often initially feels like a burden.
