Revival is Here: A Recap of the NEC (Morning Air)

from The Best of the Week · host Relevant Radio

If you missed out on Morning Air recently, you’ve got to hear about this conversation between John Morales and Bishop Brendan Cahill from the Diocese of Victoria, TX. It’s been almost a month since the National Eucharistic Congress wrapped up in Indianapolis, and wow—what a gathering it was! Picture this: 60,000 people all coming together at Lucas Oil Stadium just to be with Jesus in the Eucharist. 🙏✨   Bishop Cahill jumped on the show to share some reflections. He talked about how this Congress wasn’t just a one-and-done event, but something meant to really shape our faith journey moving forward.   One of the most unforgettable moments mentioned was the opening ceremonies. Imagine the pilgrims from all across the U.S., walking into the stadium, and then suddenly, the light of Christ in the Eucharist just shining through the darkness. It was so moving that people literally dropped to their knees. 😇💡   Bishop Cahill also talked about how we need to keep evangelizing and learning from each other, especially through all the different ministries and conferences happening around the country. He’s all about family, community, and reminding us that God’s love is with us every step of the way.    And he mentioned about how he needs to get his donation in for Relevant Radio. 😂 If you missed out last week, you could still give too! But seriously, he gave a shoutout to how amazing it was that Relevant Radio brought all the Congress events to those who couldn’t be there in person. 🎙️   If you’re curious or just want to relive some of those epic moments, you can always catch up with the podcasts or videos on the Relevant Radio app. And remember, this isn’t just something to check off your list—it’s a call to keep that faith fire burning in your everyday life! 🔥🕊️     The best way to listen to the Best of the Week is on our #1 Free Catholic App. It’s free, and always will be!
