Rain moves in around 7 P.M. and continues overnight, mixing with a brief period of freezing rain before 10 P.M. Low tonight holds right at 32 degrees. Down at Narragansett Bay, you're at 33 degrees with rain starting a bit earlier. Expect a quarter to half an inch of rainfall there. Wednesday brings relief. Patchy fog early, then mostly sunny skies. Highs reach 46 degrees — right where we should be for early March. Enjoy it. Thursday and Friday turn wet again.
