Rob Staton Show: Are the Seahawks close to a rebuild?

from PuckSports · host Jason Puckett

Rob Staton, SeahawksDraftBlog.com, drops by for his weekly visit to talk Seahawks football with Jason “Puck” Puckett.  And, once again they get right into the play off the offensive line and how poor it was against the Rams. Puck asks Rob if it’s fair to question whether the Seahawks got it right with Mike Macdonald?  It was a topic Puck brought up yesterday with Danny Kelly of The Ringer and Rob wanted to respond. They both agreed that they didn’t know, which is ok to admit!   They also wondered and discussed that it’s not fair to fully evaluate offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb because Grubb is only getting to a fraction of his play sheet because of the issues along the offensive line.  They also discussed the trade market for D.K. Metcalf and if it makes sense in the offseason to consider moving on from Metcalf if they determined that they need to be in rebuilding mode.  Puck thinks an offseason rebuild needs to be on the table if they continue to lose games, especially the next three. Is it worth spending money on a receiver and a quarterback if you don’t have an offensive line to protect them?  How much times does John Schneider have?  probably more than you think.
