He was the founder Principal associated with planning and developing the school right from the physical structure to the curriculum and other administrative procedures. He was also instrumental in obtaining CBSE affiliation and ISO certification for that school.He is also part of the team of resource people for Pedagogical Leadership representing CBSE CoE Chandigarh. He is a Master Trainer for the Khelo India School Fitness Programme.
