Today, Friday March 19 Romans 12:5-8 – Fulfilling Your Purpose In Life “So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.” I cannot say it enough! Real fulfillment, real success, a true sense of completeness and joy can only be found in fulfilling God’s design and purpose for your life! We are all born with an empty place in our inner being. That is because God is missing in our hearts and lives. We are born sinners separated from God. But the moment we repent of our sins and receive the free gift of God’s great salvation, through Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross of Calvary, that void is gone, and that emptiness is filled with God’s Holy Spirit. But my friend, that is only the beginning. We are to live “Purpose Driven Lives” rather than people controlled, situation and circumstance driven ones. And today, God’s purpose involves being apart of His heart and plan for the world of people. Jesus said it this way in John 15: “Abide in Me and you will bear much fruit, and this will glorify my Father.” Bearing fruit involves living in Christ, and for Him, in such a way that others will be drawn to Him also and they will be saved and find eternal life! As people around us receive Christ and begin to live for Him, God is glorified on the earth. This is what is it means when we pray for His Kingdom to come. People begin to live under His sovereign rule and fulfill the Beatitudes! God’s plan for this today happens through His Body, the church! So, it is vital for us to be a part of His Church, His local body of believers, exercising our Spiritual gifts to build up one another and to expand Christ Kingdom on earth! This is where you will truly find your greatest joy and fulfilment in life! And this is real success! God bless!
