The world was his after the release of Mechanical Animals, and rock n roll had a new star that would scare parents and empower the youth, but with the image and rage behind him the media would make him the easiest finger to point at. The career trajectory would halt after a tragedy the would leave 15 students dead and Manson as a scapegoat, but in the wake of the negative media attention, instead of backing down, he would release his most powerful statement and fight against the lies associated to his namesake and band.
