Rusland heeft vannacht een zware en massale aanval met raketten en drones uitgevoerd op Oekraïense steden. Onder andere Kyiv, Charkiv, Dnipro, Poltava en Zaporizja werden getroffen. Daarbij kwamen dertien burgers om het leven en vielen 117 gewonden. 'Het was een heftige en lange nacht', zegt Oekraïne-correspondent Chris Colijn. De aanval duurde zo'n vijf uur. Rusland zegt Oekraïense besluitvormingscentra aan te vallen, maar raakt daarbij steeds flatgebouwen.
