Finnish melodic death metal quartet, Wolfheart, bring their A-game with their latest work of art. We chat with frontman Tuomas Saukkonen as he describes the recording process of the last two records, the “Wolves Of Karelia” LP and the follow-up EP titled “Skull Soldiers”. Both seem to be perfect complementary albums to one another, and we dive into the themes and songwriting compositions that took place for Tuomas and his bandmates. Plenty of Finland's history ties into the thought patterns of the lyrics, and the country's war stories have always been an inspiration for Tuomas personally. We also talk about the live streaming experience that Wolfheart took part in, and even though it's not the ideal setup for them, they made the best of the worldwide situation, giving the music to the fans in any type of concert layout.
