Welcome to Season 3 of our growing podcast.... In this episode, the crew talk about the GP Model for what we as coaches do. We (like a GP) discover the problems and hurts and then diagnose what can be done to put these right. Like a good GP we diagnose a solution in discussion with the client, then we test to see if the 'medicine' works. If it doesn't we try again :)
