A slight change in direction in this episode as we welcome Amy Kean, one of the founders of DICE - Diversity and Inclusion at Conferences an Events. DICE recognises and certifies events like GovX Digital that have truly diverse speaker line-ups. Amy joined us to talk about the origins of the projects, the battle to call out events that fail to be truly inclusive, and why a diverse event is truly a better event.
