S1 Ep 17 Nourishing the True You

from I Changed My Mind · host Linda Ruiter-Dawson | Linda Robyn Hypnotherapy

This week we're chatting with free range dietician, Meagan McMillan, founder and manager of Mac Health and Nutrition. As a lover of all things garden and food, Meagan is passionate about sharing hard truths about food and the food industry. She leverages latest scientific research to educate and empower her clients to take the reigns in their own health and happiness journeys; including addressing situational and environmental factors to wellbeing. With an extensive career practising dietetics in a regional clinical setting, Meagan knows more than most about the current state of our sick care system. Of band-aid approaches that focus on symptoms rather than root causes, that routinely disregard our innate healing wisdom.Meagan encourages us to trust in ourselves, reminding us that we know what is true and right for ourselves better than any external advice. To stand proud in our integrity, never guilty or ashamed for effecting choices that we know are best for ourselves.Vulnerably sharing aspects of her own journey, Meagan describes the inherent wisdom held within our discomfort; and that in learning to sit with our discomfort, we can pave the way for our greatest transformations. "Let's love ourselves for what we're in right now".Tune in today, and check us out on Instagram: Meagan @mac_healthandnutritionLinda (host) @lindarobynhypnotherapy An how else you can reach us:machealthnutrition.com.aulindarobyn.comDISCLAIMER:Podcast I Changed My Mind, including any of its associated content, whether in part or full, does not contain and is not intended as health, medical or psychological recommendation, care, guidance or advice.
