This week the boys are joined by Jayden Adams, Director and Financial Adviser at Adams Financial Group.  Knowing from a young age he wanted to be a financial adviser, but not knowing the best path, Jayden takes Nathan and Jordan through his journey to date. Jayden discusses what he wishes he'd have known earlier, as well as the tips and ideas he'd like to pass on to upcoming financial advisers.  Jayden recently won FAAA Gen Next Rising Star of the Year 2023, and he also explains how that process improved his business and his vision for the future of his career.
