In the middle of researching the next case, I sent a text on our sister chat that said, “going forward please send the full name, phone number, and a picture of anyone you go on a date with…” and then you, Melissa responded “and last known address”....up until that point I would generally ask for name and/or picture…but this next case made it abundantly clear for me that you can never have toooo much information about who your family members re spending time with…because in the event something happens, you want your family in the best position to protect and fight for you because unfortunately, especially in cases of crimes committed against black women - the police doesn't always feel like they are fighting for and prioritizing victims families.  And so Sometimes. After being left without answers, families resort to investigating on their own.  So stay tuned to hear how this family has been trying to get answers about the death of their sister for over a year.
