The question arises: “If a child of God has a sin problem they cannot overcome, will they be forgiven?”  Brother Singh asserts that if one is truly a child of God, we can overcome every sin habit! We can live free of sin in God’s strength (not our own). “In all these things, we are more than conquerors through {Christ who} loved us” (Romans 8:37). When the drives and motivations of the flesh are dealt with, the filthiness of our spirit needs cleansing. We conquer fleshly desires naturally through avoidance and denial, but spiritual contamination requires God’s help.
