As a survivor of sexual assault and abuse she always felt very isolated, it was when she began connecting with other survivors that she began to make more progress with her personal healing and feel more empowered.In 2019 Hecate created Finding OK, an intersectional healing podcast for survivors. Finding OK creates a space where survivors can hear from each other as they navigate post-trauma healing and feel less alone in their experiences.
