In Los Angeles as part of her US tour for her new book, A New Beginning: Life on the Frontlines, Nakskov-born Danish author ANNA ECKHOFF talks about life working in NGOs in Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Palestine, and the simultaneously eye-opening and isolated environment of a western expatriate.
