As elect believers, we must confirm God’s calling by ensuring that our lifestyle reflects our sincerity. Incorporation of the lessons actively develops the virtues necessary to guard against stumbling in our spiritual wa;l and helps set an example that leads others away from sin.  In this way, the Apostle Peter assured us that the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be abundantly provided to us.
