S4-96 JESUS, THE BEGINNING OF GOD'S CREATION

He made all things, and without him was not anything made that was made." (John 1:1-3) Jesus is described as the Word. So, Jesus is with God the Father, and Jesus is God. In this statement, we can distinguish two individuals described: God the Father and God the Son. The begotten is never the same individual as the begetter.
