S4E4: Optimists on the way to KesselsKramer

from ADC*talks · host ADC*LT

Join us for a special episode of ADC*Talks as Rimantas Stanevicius recounts his latest adventure as a board member of the Art Directors Club of Europe. Typically, these meetings are held in the sunny streets of Barcelona, but this time, media.monks rolled out the orange carpet for us in Amsterdam. Amidst planning the upcoming festival, debating juries, and brainstorming collaborations with ADC*E and The One Club, our board members found time for a little escapade. Catalin Rusu from Romania (VP ADC*RO, Co-founder All Indie, CEO R+B, Co-founder Apollo111, Co-founder Brand Growers, etc.) casually mentioned his plan to visit the legendary KesselsKramer agency downtown. Never one to pass up a good stroll or a good chat, Rimantas and Susana Albuquerque (ECD and partner at Uzina, president of Clube Criativos Portugal) eagerly tagged along for the hour-long walk. Naturally, Rimantas had his recorder ready. In this episode, Catalin and Susana share their musings on what they would change if they were starting an agency today and reflect on their career journeys as creatives. Time flies when you're having fun (or deep in conversation with passionate, curious minds). We kept recording until we walked into the "church of creativity" at KesselsKramer. Even though Erik wasn’t home, the gracious team welcomed us in for a quick tour, making the visit even more memorable.
