Sarae Pratt: From Aeronautical Engineer to SOARing Leadership Coach

My guest this week is Sarae Pratt, a vibrant leadership coach for female-identified leaders. I met Sarae recently as a fellow participant in a coaching program, and I enjoyed a recent brainstorming session so much I wanted her to join me on the podcast. Sarea’s background is fascinating to me: she trained as an aeronautical engineer at university with a side of German! Her experiences of being one of the few women in a room, as well as her experience with burnout (twice), led her to imagine a world where women leaders are confident, contributive, as well as joyful and burn-out free.
