An attempt by the Satanic Temple to block Indiana’s near-total abortion ban so it could provide mail-order abortion drugs was dismissed by a federal judge this week. Central Indiana lawmakers are eyeing water regulations in response to a proposed pipeline that would move millions of gallons of water from Tippecanoe County to Lebanon. Indianapolis mayoral candidates Joe Hogsett and Jefferson Shreve met Thursday night for their second debate of the week. There is a looming doctor shortage in the Midwest.
