Does Satan Tempt Us in Our Minds? When does the devil tempt us…and how does the devil tempt us? I know spiritual warfare (or spiritual anything) can get weird - real weird - so let’s keep it pinned to the Bible: Satan has a desire for you life - and He is therefore involved in your life. But his involvement stems from his own heart. That’s because if Satan is a person, and He is, he has a will. So, if we can get to His command center - to the “bottom of his heart”, if you will, His involvement in your life will become obvious enough to resist him with ease.
