Sideline Scoop Returns
10/30/2019
Welcome back to The Sideline Scoop! We know both podcasts have been dormant for a little while (some more than others lol), but we are back and here to stay. Between schedule problems and a few technical issues we had to take a seat on the sideline for a couple weeks. We are back with a new host who many of you may know if you listen to TheRealBar podcast, and we also changed a few other things including our length of time and structure of the show. Please leave us some feedback and give us another chance, we promise not to let you down. Also TheRealBar will be recording this upcoming week and should be back in the swing of things very shortly. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the show and your week! Happy Gambling everyone!

Live Delay - Ep 133 - The Love Junkies
11/02/2015
The Love Junkies: Hailing from the foothills of Perth, Western Australia, post-grunge three piece, The Love Junkies was founded by singer/songwriter, Mitch McDonald and drummer, Lewis Walsh at the end of 2009. The duo began slamming beats together many moons ago in high school, which slowly guided them towards their journey as The Love Junkies. Soon after the band hit the studios, long time high school buddy, Robbie Rumble came into the fold as their bassist, thus completing the line-up. Power chords, punchy vibes, and high-octane of energy, the band’s sound is hard, fast, and unrelenting. Their infectious melodies linger in your mind, long after the record has stopped spinning. If you’ve had a chance to catch the band play over the year, you may have notice that drummer Lewis Walsh was probably sporting some make-up and possibly a dress. That’s because, Walsh actually came out as transgender last year. So, kudos to you Lewis for taking that stand and continue to bang out sick beats with The Love Junkies. Recorded & Mixed by Branko Cosic. Recorded at The Haunt, Brisbane, 25th of April, 2015. Airing details: Originally via Zed Digital, 8-9pm, Friday 21 August 2015. Show production and engineering: Branko Cosic.
