Say No To Business Plans

from How Success Is Made · host How Success Is Made

In the beginning when you start your business the first thing people ask is "what is your business plan?" I'm here to tell everyone why I say no to business plans. The truth is that it's hard to know anything about how your business will truly operate without actually operating the business first. Most people, at the beginning, end up spending too much time planning their business, instead of starting their business, and most of those business plans get changed frequently in the beginning anyways as that's the period where people are still figuring out how their business operates. That's why I say no to business plans. This is a very big debate between a lot of business owners, so I would love to hear your side as to what you believe and why. Leave a comment below and let me know if you are the type to say "no" to business pans" or if you say "yes" to business plans. Liked this podcast? Please subscribe! Feel that someone could benefit?
