Michelle joined MSCI in 2003, bringing over 10 years of institutional sales and trading experience; spanning Bank of America (Merrill Lynch), Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs. Michelle holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of New Hampshire. She sits on the U.S. board of Women in ETFS and is actively involved in Partners in Development (Haiti), a non-profit organization focused on helping impoverished communities attain independence and whole-life development. Michelle lives with her family in Maine on a beautiful pastoral property.Kristine Delano guides the conversation about how to think practically about fear and when to say yes. This episode features a special cameo by Diane E.
