South Carolinians may soon be able to openly carry a weapon.It comes as both state House and Senate lawmakers officially pass the Second Amendment Preservation Act, also known as South Carolina Constitutional Carry. The bill allows anyone who can legally own a gun to carry it openly.Advocating for its passage on the House floor Tuesday was Republican Representative Brandon Cox of Berkeley County.
