Set in the year in its release, We are quickly thrown into a situation with little to no context! Always fun. We start off in a mall and are given a look into what it's like to be a Scanner, as a man stares at a women, and as he focuses on her she begins to have a seizure in the middle of the mall. What is a scanner you may ask, well that would be a spoiler so I won't tell you in this world description. A hint though? Individuals with a telepathic curiosity.
