On the third episode of the season, join us as we talk with Dr. Bertrand Kaper, an orthopedic surgeon based in Arizona who manages his own private practice. Dr. Kaper shares his perspective on the role of private practice in medicine, offers advice to fellow doctors and students who wish to pursue private practice following their training, and speaks to the unique struggles, success, and challenges of his career path. He does all this while providing anecdotes and guidance to any listeners who may wish to pursue a career outside the typical framework of medicine.
