Season 2 Opener - Mikey on Mute

Season 2 is here! I am grateful to be joined by fellow podcaster Mikey from Mikey on Mute. Mikey shares his healing journey that started when he was feeling the lowest of low. Dealing with a divorce and critical self reflection caused him to contemplate if the world would be better off without him. Mikey says hitting rock bottom meant the only way to go was up. He started working on his mental health as he was experiencing panic attacks and did not realize his body was trying to tell him something. He started working with therapists and different approaches for healing.
