105 Declan Wilson Wants Millennials to Step Up

    Release Date: 06/22/2016

Description: Declan is an author of the recently released “The Millennial Way: Step Up, Step Out, Step Forward”. Declan originally set out to write a book to debunk the misconceptions and stigma surrounding the Millennial generation.   After interviewing Millennials doing “awesome things” with their lives, Declan noticed a recurring pattern among all their personal journeys, including his own. The pattern of Stepping Up, Stepping Out, and Stepping Forward became what Declan calls The Millennial Way. It’s not a 3 step process to achieve your dreams, it’s not a self-help book, it’s not a formula for success. Rather, it’s a beacon of self-awareness and clarity to your journey.   Together with his wife Erica, Declan runs the blog Millennial Type. Besides working full-time and running this blog, Declan is an avid fan of bike riding, anything Pittsburgh, reading, listening to NPR, binge-watching Netflix with Erica, cuddling with their cats, playing with their son Henry, watching Ted Talks, finding awesome podcasts and cooking.   Declan’s Challenge; Step up. Recognize your dream isn’t as silly as you think and start building the skills you're going   Check Out Declan’s Book; The Millennial Way: Step Up, Step Out, Step Forward     If you liked this interview, check out episode 46 with Taylor Pearson where we discuss the end of jobs and the future of entrepreneurship.

The Restoration of All Things. Revelation 20

    Release Date: 10/21/2022

Description: The millennial age is also the time For the restoration of all things according Acts 3:21. Most saints are familiar with the external aspects of restoration during the millennium. The old testament prophets spoke of this millennial reign where creation would be restored, the Messiah would sit visibly upon the throne, all enemies would be defeated, and God‘s covenant with Israel would be universally enjoyed. The nations will also be restored. Gods intentions were for the people of the whole earth, not just Israel, to know him as the totality of their life. He will use Satan to expose those hearts that are not after him at the very end of the millennium. The nations will be given every opportunity to receive the good news of Christ in that day. The church will also experience restoration. We all are saved and enjoying the reign of Christ, however we know that the rewards of the Lord will be according as he sees fit. Our desire should be more than just a citizen of that millennial kingdom but a reigning with him. There is more than just an external Restoration of all things, there is also an internal. Isaiah 30 speaks of this saying that during the millennium the Teacher will no longer hide Himself in a corner, but their eyes will see their Teacher. Also, when they turn to the right or to the left, their ears will hear a word behind them, saying, "This is the way, walk in it" (Isaiah 30:20-21). Saints, according to I John 2: 27 this should be the enjoyment in the church today! we have the anointing. This word anointing is the Greek verb form for Christ. This means we actually have Christ in us moving, operating, or if you will Christing! Moment by moment we can follow that voice. Turn this way or that way. All day long we come to crossroads in our mind in our feelings in our volition. Which way should we go Lord.? That still small voice within us is the anointing. This will be the millennial enjoyment for Israel. Consider, So much of what they looked forward to will be external, so much of what they enjoy today is still external. God’s intention is for all of mankind to know Christ inwardly. This is why it is so important for the church in this day and age, not waiting for the millennial age, to enjoy the Inward working of Christ. This kind of living prepares us to rule and reign with him in that millennial day. Here is a link that will take you to a video that provides an earthly illustration of following the voice of the Lord in your life. https://www.facebook.com/764669872/posts/pfbid027JtNz1jLG2HKWiJ9G9U9KeHio4eU9srY6MqMLraME2CvfvRSgirWkY1MTUkkSaAql/?mibextid=hwfN5w
