Navina also held a number of positions across the Trust including Director of Operations & Deputy CEO, Director for Mental Health, Lead Clinician Newham CAMHS and Clinical Director for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. Navina discusses her personal journey as a doctor and the challenges she faced, including gender biases and self-doubt.
