On this edition of culture content with Jay Doran, Jay is going over an innovative business strategy known as "Holacracy" or the practice of doing away with job titles in a workplace meant to promote more a team mentality and abolishing hierarchy.  It was notably applied to Zappos by former CEO, the late, great Tony Hsieh in late 2014.
