Seeker of Flowers

Morning Mantra: “Some people find fault like there is a reward for it.”

Finding fault with someone is easy. What is more difficult is to look for the good in them when they make mistakes, are different then you, or behave in a way you disapprove of.

We all have things we do or say that could be seen as weeds in our life, yet we all also have flowers. Loving others (which is our greatest journey on Earth) requires us to look at the entire person, not just the weeds.

However, we shouldn’t seek to cover up or ignore the weeds, or pretend we don’t see them.  They just take over the garden.  But if we tend our gardens with more love, kindness and attention we will grow more flowers.
