As a child that grew up in an abusive household, I have had to find coping skills along the way. At age 15 I was reading THE POWER OF THE SUBCONSIOUS MIND While my friends were into romantic readings and comic books. I was forced to learn to stay quiet and find a way to go internal! I found out that also that not eveyone’s household was the same -that was a game – changer for sure . I discovered that I could control how I feel and ,with alt of work and time, I discovered that I was incharge of how I felt and how I reacted not matter how much it hurt. It did not change what happened but it did change how long I held onto it. This all took many, many dollars ,years and tears! A lot of travel around the world to heal and a lifetime of healing , learning and forgiving. I still have not stopped and I do not plan on stopping. I love myself more then ever and it shows in my life ,love and work choices and therefore results. Self -love is my superpower!!!
