Mark Stambler loved baking bread, and everyone thought it was so good he was encouraged to sell it. So, he did. Mark quickly got busted by the health department for selling without a permit. But that didn’t stop him. He helped change the law, resulting in the California Homemade Food Act, so that people could sell certain homemade foods made in their home kitchen (you’re welcome!).
