September 13 Daily Reading- Read the Bible in 1 Year

We will learn and discuss that Jesus is like the gate of the sheep pen and that all who enter through Him will be saved. As His sheep our responsibility is to follow Him! As Jesus' sheep we will learn that we are all part of ONE group of sheep- Jewish people and Gentiles are ONE flock of sheep, TOGETHER with ONE shepherd, Jesus! We will also read and discuss when Jesus sent out 72 people and explained to them that their work was to heal the sick and tell people that God's Kingdom is near. That same work applies today, despite it being more than 2,025 years later! We will be reminded and encouraged not to take peoples' belief OR refusal to believe the good news about Jesus and God's Kingdom personally.
