Shabbatai The Great By Jai Joseph Noonday Wax
from 3 Blue Spirit Helpers · host 3 Blue Spirit Helpers
Here is my original composition for a long piece in the classical tradition. Still similar to my previous songs, I mix blues like harmonies, rock'n roll type rhythms and classical melodies; this composition is much longer than my previous ones. As with classical music in general, the song requires more serious attention. I use a saxophone, brass and strings, drums, bagpipe and synthetic sounds. It was created, arranged and burned using the Logic Pro synthesizer. Shabbatai refers to a great Sabbath, for Jewish law says we are to rest from agriculture every 7X7, 49 years. This allow the earth to regain fertility. The picture is of Moshe/Musa/Moses, to somewhat shift the meaning to designate a magician, The Great Shabbatai. A Magi, or wise man is related etymologically to a magician. I do Not know who the painter is.
