Shame and Guilt about Mental Health 🫶🏾

What this episode covers

The biggest issue with a mental illness diagnosis isn’t the diagnosis itself. It’s the shame and guilt about the diagnosis. Once I started giving myself more grace and compassion and stopped blaming myself for my neurodivergence, it became a lot easier to accept and treat my conditions. I hope this episode helps someone else do the same.
