Sharon has been instrumental in not only preserving but scaling the globally adored Build-A-Bear Workshop experience all around! Under Sharon's leadership the business has truly found itself with online products and navigated the major retail changes of the recent years very nicely. It has become an ideal retail company to have at malls and always attracts an incredible fanbase. Sharon discusses what it was like during the pandemic and how they prepared. She also talks about how her background at Mattel and Hasbro was helpful for leading the brand. Sharon highlights the importance of going into the details and being an incredibly resource efficient leader!
