This was great news to the lowly shepherds in the nearby fields who'd never get an invite to the palace, but they knew about mangers. And the angels told them where to find the Shepherd King--the King of Kings! This Christmas season, when you see a manger, think "Accessible": Jesus himself impossibly close to the lowly... to you! He still is.
