from Shifted · host Kimberly Romano

Most of us rush to respond the second someone asks us a question. But what if your most aligned answer doesn’t live in the quick reply, it lives in the pause? In this shift, I invite you to take a single breath before you speak. Not a perfect, timed breath. Just a moment to check in with your body, feel into your truth, and make sure your words reflect what you really want to say, not just what pleases the other person. This small practice creates space for authenticity, honesty, and deeper connection in your conversations. Because when your breath comes first, your words carry more truth.Try it, and see what shifts for you.Hi, I'm Kimberly Romano, Indian wedding photographer, turned brand photographer, and human design reader.
