On research? Emily says when you think of UX deliverables, the end project is what you have in mind and you need your plates to look beautiful in order to deliver impact. Delivering your findings with beautiful aesthetic design is half the battle. At what level of pretty do you need to be? The purpose of the deliverables is to create that empathy and approachability.
