When John works with his clients in coaching sessions one topic that often arises is the difficulty in finding and achieving an easy and  healthy relationship. This is most likely because they are exhibiting habits that attract them to a particular pattern of behaviour that they are used to. How do we realise that it is actually ourselves that are maintaining and seeking these toxic relationships and break the cycle?   KEY TAKEAWAYS   Often our choice of relationship is a subconscious choice that fulfils our needs based on our learnt patterns of behaviour. There are ten signs to look out for that denote that the relationship you have chosen is really not good for you. Is being around someone hard work or draining? Do you need to recover from time with them? Do you need to be careful around your partner to avoid upsetting or angering them? Do you feel exhausted and drained a lot of the time? Do you invest love and attention to your partner that is not returned? Try taking the relationship questionnaire listed under valuable resources below.   BEST MOMENTS   ‘For example, that loving, caring relationships are not to be trusted because love is always removed from them at some point. If that’s your belief then you will seek out the evidence to make this true every single time and won’t know what to do with yourself if it doesn’t happen.’ ‘Does being alone for the weekend put a smile on your face? Do you feel excited looking forward to the day that you’ll get away from your partner? If so then this is a huge red flag.’ ‘If its reached the point that you have to constantly watch every move you make, you are in a toxic relationship. So, for example, you may feel nervous talking about something that may make your partner angry.’   ‘If you try to take time for yourself to recharge and its not allowed, you can’t regain your energy.’   VALUABLE RESOURCES   To take the test for signs of a toxic relationship: https://signsofatoxicrelationshipjkc.scoreapp.com/   To get in touch - email – [email protected]  or book a complimentary call – https://calendly.com/johnkennycoaching/30min     If people want to order a copy of the book then they can just pay postage of £4.95 (RRP £8.99) - www.johnkennycoaching.com/podcast-book-offer   Want to be able to address the relationship issues in your life? - Why not book in for a complimentary call and we can discuss how you can get the new started with some new types of relationships - https://calendly.com/johnkennycoaching/30min   The Relationship Guy Podcast - https://omny.fm/shows/the-relationship-guy           ABOUT THE HOST   I am John Kenny, The Relationship Guy - Coaching people to experience healthy loving relationships.   Having spent a life choosing unhealthy relationships and self sabotaging my own success, I now coach people to live a life they choose.     CONTACT METHOD   Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/johnkennycoaching

Brother Blaq1-" The Relationship Guy" Rob Gregg My podcast is about relationships and family. My goal is to help people make the right choice in mate selection. The only way we can grow as people is to look at our own lives and confront the truth. The saying is true, " the truth can set you free!! When we are totally free from the past, then and only then can we attract the right "purpose mate". Together with Nikhil Chinapa Nikhil Chinapa Together is a way of celebrating the relationship between you guys, the community that makes this show so special, and us, the team that puts the show together. Together, we/'re going to do amazing things. The FootPol Podcast Francesco Belcastro and Guy Burton The podcast that brings together football and politics. We'll be exploring the relationship between the two, both inside and outside the game. The podcast covers "Big Politics" like politicians, clubs, international and national federations and other organised groups and how they use or abuse the game to "Small, Everyday Politics" in the form of community-level clubs, fan associations and the way that football reflects the political challenges of our day to day lives. The FootPol Podcast is brought to you by co-hosts Drs Francesco Belcastro and Guy Burton. The Billy Madison Show Cristine Billy holds a Master’s Degree in Business from American International University and attended Mankato State in Minnesota, but don’t hold that against him. He is a collector of Star Wars memorabilia, autographs (seriously), and a self-admitted ”dork” (but in a cool way of course). Derek is Billy’s ”right hand man” and offers his opinion on many topics but he will honestly admit he’s ”not a political expert or expert on a lot of things” and ”never went to college” but neither did Bill Gates (ok Gates went, but dropped out) but so what? ”Nard” (also known as Nathan) is a former listener of the show that was given a job after Billy helped him find a girlfriend. The relationship with the girl didn’t last but Billy and the guys liked Nard’s ”wit” and offered him a chance to be on the show one day and he never left. Nard has won over 50 Gold Medals in The Special Olympics and supports causes that help place special needs individuals in appropriate jobs and careers, just as he has done.
